If you haven't already checked out Steve Pavlina, I highly recommend his audio podcasts.
I'm just listening to #3. At his prompting, I just did a quick mental visualization as follows:
Visualize the mental picture from my subconscious mind in response to conscious mind asking subconscious mind a question.
Q: Show me what my current financial system is right now?
A: I am running around the garden with a single water bucket, watering each plant. Backwards and forwards to the tap to refill the bucket every time. This is boring, hard and slow way to water all the plants.
What I really need is a micro irrigation installation on a preset daily timer.
So then the only time I come to the garden to work is to pull out weeds, harvest the fruits and plant new plants. The rest of the time I spend in the garden is purely for enjoyment.
I'm likening my plans for Business Marketing Systems to the design, installation and maintenance of gardens with micro-irrigation systems on timers.

I'll settle for a few random dives into "Stillness Speaks"because that's the only Eckhardt Tolle book I have handy. I gave my TPON away ages ago.
I was looking for some new labels for my email, not being satisfied with the context labels I had that were related to business / activity.
I've taken on using your four plus three more : "Reference", "Someday Maybe" and "Archive" because I'm using Eudora and it doesn't have an auto-archive feature.
I've been looking for a simple guide to assist me with my meditation too, definitely appreciate your summary; confirms what I already knew but had not articulate clearly for myself.
