- If you have read 4HWW - How have you started to apply the techniques in your life? What difficulties are you having?
- I read the Table of Contents on Thursday and jumped to Chapter 7 because this most reflects my situation at work. (Interruptions). My mentees and I are working this weekend to identify Time Wasters and Interruptions at work and will meet next week to discuss process improvements and possible steps we can take to automate some of our mundane or repetitive tasks.

- Age 52, "J.O.B." is Recruiter for #1 I.T. Staffing Firm in the U.S.A.; Passion is Networking, Network Marketing. Currently developing aHealthyPursuit Web Portal to promote Health & Wellness and to help people find products and services to support their own healthy lifestyle.
