I am an Executive and Business Coach and specialized in coaching on behavior. My coachees are high-potentials and senior managers who, in due time, will be appointed to the top positions within their organizations.
I help ambitious managers recognize the sharp edges of their behavior, make them more self aware and increase their personal effectiveness.
My approach is results-oriented, clear and measurable.
In my spare time I'm a life coach, for free. Life has been good to me and I think everyone deserves to be coached.
I'm also a father of two wonderful sons and a loving and caring partner for my wife.
