- I am an IT recruiter but started off from a totally different path from medical sales to IT professional services sales, and finally to IT recruiting. I thoroughly enjoy introducing people to great jobs and introducing employers to great employees. I feel that I do a very good job of qualifying candidates and putting them up fro the right job/career path and also in preparing them well for interviews. I make every effort to know both my candidates and my customers very well. Both sides benefit from this. My goal is to be the "go to" recruiter in Houston for IT jobs that have the most impact on organizations and their performance. I enjoy dealing with professionals who are motivated in their career....but not exclusively motivated by money. My candidates must be passionate about what they do, because I feed off that when I introduce them to customers....and when I am deciding who to introduce to my customers. I work for a firm called Mackey and Tanner in Houston, TX.

- I like people who are passionate about what they do, but also kind and sincere. I don't care what level of income or career you are, if you are not kind to others.

- I am an avid Christian, soccer player, and kayak fisherman. I love being out in nature.
