I'm being sued... AGAIN!

What really annoys me is when I show up in court, looking all fine, and so thoroughly prepared, these assholes aren't there!

The latest bonehead, Richard East, CEO of TrafficAssistants.com, may actually hire some Vancouver lawyers. This will be fun. I can't believe how stupid and ego driven these people are. As if him suing me is somehow going to be interpreted by consumers as me being to blame. I'm just stating the facts. The guy takes your money then doesn't do the work.

Richard East told me that it's illegal to post our email correspondence. Is that true? It doesn't seem reasonable to me. I think I need to post it in order to show you the facts of the case. When you read it you will see what a slimy wiener he is.

Keep in mind he is only now responding after 9 months of my client pursuing the refund with no replies. He finally noticed my blogging about his scam company and has now chosen to reply. I only added him to my scammers list a couple months ago, so he could have got off without the world ever finding out about his scumbaggery had he issued the refund within the first 7 months.

I am turning this issue over to our attorneys 100% moving forward. They have contacted their affiliate in Vancouver, BC to collaborate with. Certainly not for the mere contract dispute, but also the rather cavalier manner in which you both feel a situation can be dealt with.

Contrary to your belief that the internet and the world at large is a place where we can run around and call people frauds, that is generally frowned upon by legislators. Based on the reply from both of you, I can see that does not mean anything to you, which clearly means that you are not receiving any form of legal representation, hence you feel you can exercise your "free speech." However, once free speech crosses the line, that is no longer an "option" one can maintain.

If you could both please submit some form of additional contact information, phone and address, it will enable our attorney to contact you directly. If you do not feel comfortable doing that, I understand and they will just get the information on their own.

On the side of resolving the issue with the contract, once our attorney completes his review next week, he will be in contact with a resolve. We will evaluate the resolve and have him submit what he feels is adequate. With a quick review of the files, it is clear to see the assignments given, now we are just reviewing the communication breakdown and what has occurred.

Our desire is not to have dissatisfied clients. I say this to outline that we are open to discussing things. Conversely, the cavalier manner in which you two have gone about things is not so impressive, and leads to an impasse that really doesn't help.

Ok, so, if you can provide some basic contact details, our Vancouver attorney will be in touch in order to move things to the next step. Unfortunately, I don't have rights to do just anything I want on my blog or in voice...if that were truly the case...we would have political blogs all over calling our opponents rapists and idol worshipers...then I just need to drive traffic...and hey...I created reality. Nope, unfortunately, there are rules.

I worked for these scam artists back in 2002 - 2004. Richard East and his wife are nothing but professional con artists and pathological liars. They are completely unethical, without any morals. I pity their children who will grow up with a warped sense of what is right and wrong. They stole money from their business partners, from clients, they stole money from the US government and were investigated by the IRS for tax evasion (which is why they went to Romania), they stole money from their parents and from their employees. What's surprising is that after all the money they've stolen from continually manipulate everyone around them to their advantage. Richard East is THE MOST litigious individual I have ever encountered - he will take you to court because its the only way he can try to stop you from revealing his dirty secrets. Do not trust a single word they say - and if he tries to settle with you, be warned that it doesn't end there - its merely the beginning of some elaborate scheme he and Susan have cooked up to get back at you for whatever he thinks you done to him.
I worked in an office with this man for several years - please believe me when I tell you he has some serious mental issues he is incable of telling the truth.
