Entrepreneurs: Is it a good business decision to advertise that your establishment is "under new management"?
Generally speaking, it is not a good idea to advertise "new management" intricacies too much. Individuals, who are presently your customers/clients, may take the new management news in a negative way. Customers/clients might interpret "new managment" concerns as a sign of trouble at your establishment - and the may begin to seek alternative options - more stable competitors to do business with.
One of the better solutions to advertising "new management" issues is to consider implementing a more low-keyed aproach. Try not to over-advertise a new management concern. Strive to turn potentially negative aspects into positive attributes. Yes, you were just bought-out by a partner or you made significant changes to your key decision making teams; but these changes were done to improve the level of quality of your products/services. You are still here - and will continue to be a strong and competitive market leader. You will gladly answer any concerns that your customers/clients may have regarding your new management news.
